Which hdd of 750gb/500gb capacity is in iMac's?

Guys, one question for you.

Which type of the hdd of 500gb/750gb can be found in the new iMac's. I need to know a manufacturer and a model because I need to know how many platters they have.
As less platters as better for the temperature of the whole system and the noise it produces.

Could you take a look and tell me what model of hdd is in your iMac? I am interested in the 500gb/750gb hdd's.

I have the 500 gig Western Digital Caviar drive in my 24inch iMac. It's far from the "cheapest" one.
