Which iOS 17 version has had best battery life?

Might not be totally fair but bundling 17.0 and 17.0.1 as equivalent in this poll and 17.1 / 17.1.1 for example but feel free to elaborate on specific point experience in comments if you’d like especially if it was dramatic from one to the other

Would also be curious which devices you all are talking about when chiming in

Just put placeholders for 17.6 and 17.7 variants if we make it that far before iOS 18 final

iOS 17 has been solid for me wrt battery life throughout.

Wow, that's impressive! I'm guessing you're a light user? I have to charge my iPhone 13 once a day (I keep it between 20 and 80%).

Well, I’m old and still have lots of books. So, yeah, light use. But, keeping your phone between 20 and 80% is a good habit.. it’s a habit I’m trying to incorporate into my life.

I’m saying 17.6 beta 4, this is let down with animation stutters which I hope will be gone on the next release.

17.5 has been good to me. Last charged to 100% almost 24hrs ago with 2hr 42min screen active in last 24hrs with 57% battery remaining at the moment.

Until now, the software that offered the best battery life was iOS 17.3.1.

I’m on iOS 17.6.1 with my iPhone 15 Pro Max and the battery life is now horrible!
Already tried with a hard reset but it didn’t improve so far!

Which build? 21G101 was horrible for me. Installing build 21G93 solved the issue and I have great battery life again.

I’m on the 21G93 one.
I’ve done another hard reset and tonight I will put the phone on charge at the usual 80% limit.
Let’s see if tomorrow things will get better.
