I have this problem with my iPhone 6s Plus with not feeling it when it is going off sometimes
Thinking of upgrading but not sure yet if it doesn't fix this problem.
P.S. I know some of you all told me to get a Apple Watch but that is not a total solution.
iPhone 8 Plus and XS Max (or 11 pro max), they have beefier vibration motors. Almost 3x the size of 6s Plus motor

Correction, it’s not necessarily the strength of the vibration motors, it was an entirely different haptic engine that was used if I recall correctly. The ‘vibration motor’ that was used in the iPhone 6 for example, was the standard vibration motor that was used in the iPhone 5s, until Apple switched over to the haptic engine.

I said that the 8 Plus and Max phones have beefier feedback units. I see no point on your correction.
