Hello there
i just bought the new mac mini late 2012 ( 2.3ghz quad core i7)
and i want to replace the hd with an ssd

i found this one here: Crucial CT256M4SSD2 256GB m4 2.5-inch SATA 6Gb/s (SATA III) Internal SSD

but everybody tells me about a samsung 830 or 840
is this really any difference what brand ssd you buy?

and an other question:
when i replace the hd with the ssd how i restore the operating system to my new ssd drive?

thank you

First off it's spelled Which.

OK now that that's out the way, the M4 is as fast as the Samesungs and some say has magical powers...

Seriously though if you want it get it, I got the M4 and the 840 and on the same machine the M4 is faster(and cheaper).
