For new available iPhone version 1.1.3, which is the best unlocking software available on the internet? Has anyone tried any software which provides all the features on unlocked phone as well

what are the step by step things i need to do to unlock a brand new 8GB iphone with ZiPhone?? the thing is i'm gonna buy one and not activate it on my at&t i just wanna unlock the phone and send it to my brother in the Philippines... do i still need a turbosim with this ziphone or just plug the iphone? and do i still need to downgrade the 1.1.3 software version?? thanks man...
 
Can anyone of you please provide url to download authentic ziPhone. I heard there are few fakes as well available on the internet. Thanks in advance guys!!!
