Which logo size looks best?

The team logos on the left are about 4% larger than the team logos on the right.

I know the difference is very subtle and I have likely been looking at it for too long. Anyways, just looking for a second pair of eyes..thanks.

Thanks for the comment. I had to edit the thread and ended up having to create a new one. I think I prefer the one on the left as well.

Some variations without the drop shadow on the lower blue strip and one with more of an outer glow on the HNIC logo...prefer with or without drop shadow?...with or without increased glow?

Your change in logo size isn't even noticeable. A 4% difference is hard to visually pick up with the human eye. I didn't even notice the difference the first time I looked them over.

As far as the drop shadow is concerned, I like both versions. The shadow is also very subtle. I think in either case, you've won.

I'd say you're spot on there.

It depends upon the designer of the website. People put logo according to their sites requirement. So different people use different size of logo. Still I want to suggest you that you should try 820*143 size for your logo. According to me logo with this site looks best.
