Which mac mini is best for IOS development between 2011/2012 models

You'll most likely be better off with the faster CPU in the new models, the slightly slower video card (if you were looking at the midrange model) won't really affect you much.

Honestly, most app dev isn't especially taxing unless you're doing some serious compiling.
