So my current MacBook Pro is basically running on fumes. I’ve been looking at the m1s and also 2018 and 2019 15 inch MacBook pros. The heat and noise don’t bother me of the larger intel machines. I edit video and photos quit often. I also don’t think I can go to a smaller 13 inch screen but the m1’s just seem enticing. What would you guys do?

If you don't need a laptop, I'd recommend looking at the M1 Mac Minis to go with a beautiful 4K 27" or larger display. There may be 16" M1 MBPs announced at some point if you might be able to wait.
