Hi,

I recently had to return my MacBook Pro 16" due to ghosting issues.
Therefore I'm now looking for a (used) Macbook as a stopgap solution.

I'm mostly doing web development and a bit of wireframing/ design.
So nothing too complex or intensive.

Due to the lower price I'd probably go for the 13" model.
Which model would you recommend?

I currently own a 2018 Mac Mini with 16gb of Ram and 512gb of storage I need to first reset to factory settings and a wired (Rii) keyboard if you want to buy. You would only need to get your own monitor. I would look into the GeChic Portable Monitors as they make one for MacBooks in mind that would work with a 2018 Mac mini.

I currently own a 2018 Mac mini I first need to set back to factory settings along with a wired (Rii - PC) keyboard to go with it. You will only need to buy a monitor to go with it. GeChic 1306H found at https://www.amazon.com/GeChic-1306H...1?keywords=GeChic+1306h&qid=1585549106&sr=8-1. Only need to plug on cord into the 2018 Mac mini and plug the wired (Rii - PC) keyboard into the back of the 2018 Mac mini. I also forgot to mention you would also have to buy your own mouse. I recommend most of the Logitech mice sold at Staples that come with a dongle you plug into a USB plug or USB-C hub. My older sister got me an Anker USB-C hub which plugs into one of the USB-C plugs on the back side of the 2018 Mac mini. This 2018 Mac mini has 16GB of Ram and 512GB of storage on it.

I currently don't recommend the current 13" model of the MacBook Pro since it still has the butterfly keyboard that is known to have problems with even a spec of dirt getting under even one key of the keyboard. Sometimes a key or more will get stuck and not work at all or when pressed will repeat one or more times and show up on the screen especially when that is not what you need/want the keyboard to do at all.
