I just purchased a 14" M1 Pro. I have three other MacBooks and am going to sell one (maybe two) since the 14" will now be the machine I use the most. Here is what I have:

I have a:

2019 15.4" 512gb of storage, 16gb I9 MacBook Pro (16 cycles) (Doesn't say battery health in system information like the m1 computers do for some reason)
2020 512gb of storage, 8gb of Ram Macbook Air (10 cycles) 100% battery health
2020 512gb of storage, 8gb of Ram MacBook Pro (39 cycles) (96% battery health

What do you all think? Thanks in advance.

Sell the 2019 15".
It has the butterfly keyboard, right?
You want that one to go before any keyboard problems arise.

I'd let the MB Air go as well... unless you need something very light to carry around...

Thank you for the input. The 15.4" butterfly keyboard pro has already had the keyboard replaced once. I think the one I will keep will be the 13" M1 Pro because the battery life is unbelievably good.

Yeah ditch the 15”. No reason to keep it unless you’re actively using intel-only software.

Then maybe a base 14 inch. But I think you could be better off with an air and an external display if you use it on a desk. It would save you some money for sure.

I just bought the base 14 inch and I am extremely happy with it so far!

Keep the Intel machine. You may need to run some piece of Windows software at full speed, and you cannot ever do that with the M1’s unless its a low resource program.

Yeah, I noticed that as well when I got my M1 Air. You can get a "health" readout in CoconutBattery, but honestly at 16 cycles that battery is essentially new.
