Hi, everybody... Merry Christmas...
I want to buy a old Mac Pro, but I don’t want to buy the wrong one... So, for work with photoshop and final cut, what are the thing I have to pay attention? What is good enough to run this programs without problems? Thanks

In general, make sure you buy the 4,1 / 5,1, but not the older model.

Anyway, why you want to buy the cMP for these usage now? Why not consider the M1 mini?

As above, I’d be looking at a M1 Mac Mini, with the 16GB RAM upgrade for longevity if you can swing it.

To get a 5,1 to a decent state for FCP you’ll likely be heading up towards that in terms of cost, and running an old system that’s only getting older.
