Which Mail service , Proton or Tutanota or iCloud is best at filtering spam

I'm looking at those services and trying to decide which one is more customizable to filter unwanted mail.

• iCloud is the worse for what I know but using alias or hide my email maybe is a way of controlling it.
• Tutanota let you block a sender, but I don't like to leave my mail on any server and the exporting email is ok but not the best.
• Proton let you do it but on the web or on the iOS app but not on AppleMail

Any experience on one of those?

I would say Outlook.com for the following reasons:
- push in iOS’s default Mail app, no need to install the Outlook app. Probably works in macOS Mail app too, but I don’t use it.

Thanks but no thanks: I was looking for one among the 3 mentioned above or similar ones
