Which Mini as a Server for my needs

I have been tempted to get a mini as a server for a while now, with the new minis now released I'm not sure which to get for my needs

I have the following in my home, 2 x iMac's, 2 x MBP's, 8TB NAS, 4 x iPads, 3 x iPhone's, 1 x ATV and several other misc network devices

We have 4 users in the household, I'm also looking for iTunes server for a large movie library, time machine backup of all devices, and some sort of VPN functionality

Thoughts on the spec of mini I would need to operate as a server for the above
