Which minis support more than 4GB of RAM?

HI folks. I'm looking at buying a used Mac Mini but want to be able to put more than 4GB of RAM in. Which models support more than 4GB of RAM either by default or the firmware update I have read about. Thanks.

Any mini after and including the early 2009 models. If it has a Nvidia 9400M or 320M in it, then it will support more than 4GB of RAM.
