Which new iPhones come with iOS 14?

Are there any iPhones that could be purchased new that will come with iOS 14? - If so, where?

I know that I can buy a used one from eBay, but I’d like to avoid the hassle if possible.

I need an iPhone on the latest jailbreak-able iOS 14.

The 12 series? They shipped with iOS 14. Pretty much your carrier and a 3rd party vendor like Best Buy, Walmart, etc.

Quite agree with @StaceyMJ86, phones that were released before September 20, 2021 (the release date of iOS 15) are going to have iOS 14 pre-installed.
You can still get iphone 12 on the official web-site, btw
