Based on my other post, it looks like the best bang for the bug might be a NVIDIA 1060. So now the question becomes which NVIDIA 1060? Which manufacturer / card has had the best results for those who have previously used NVIDIA cards?
Seems silly to buy the 3GB version when the difference is usually about $50.I'm partial to the Gigabyte 3 fan Windforce cards. I have had a GTX 570, GTX 780 and now a GTX 1080. They run cool in a cMP.
But, looks like 3 fan hard to find in GTX 1060. There's the 2 fan version.
The GTX 1060s would be here:

And at Amazon:

But, looks like the 3 fan Rock Edition is less expensive:

Assuming you want 6GB RAM.

Couldn’t find your other post.Based on my other post, it looks like the best bang for the bug might be a NVIDIA 1060. So now the question becomes which NVIDIA 1060? Which manufacturer / card has had the best results for those who have previously used NVIDIA cards?
well the OP posted about 1.5 years ago so that may have something to do with it.Couldn’t find your other post.
Can you clarify here why you’re going for a 1060 instead of an RX 580?
Unless you have very specific requirements for Nvidia then the RX 580 is a far preferable card in a cMP these days.
