Which one should I go for?

Hello,

Which model should I choose? I am a little perplexed right now.

The Amazon one is a 16-inch, 32GB, 512GB SSD M1 PRO worth $1899.

The Apple store one is a 14-inch, 32GB, 512GB SSD M2 PRO worth $2209.

I am a Computer Science Masters International student from India studying in the United States. I primarily work on artificial intelligence and data science projects. I mostly have IDEs, servers, Chrome tabs, and terminals open.

Or should I go with the Air 15-inch 24GB 512GB SSD?

Saving money is also very important to me.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you're fine with the size you'll find the 16" the best I suspect, especially saving some cash grabbing it.

If portability is not an issue for you, go with 16".

If portability is not the issue, 16" will be good for saving money. If you care about portability and can spend a bit extra, get the 14". It'll be like 10-20% better overall though, so probably not worth it. Don't get the Air though, it won't be enough for your needs.
