Which PDF annotation and note taking apps for 3 in 1 windows laptop with pen?

Hi, I got a X1 Yoga Gen 3. What programs do you recommand for PDF annotation and note taking with the built in pen? On my IPP, I use: PDF expert, notability, LiquidText, Nebo and GoodNotes. Thanks

DrawBoard for PDFs, hands down.
I like Scrble Ink for a replacement for Notability/Nebo/GoodNotes. Inkodo is another good one.
I think there's a Windows version of Nebo, BTW.
Nothing quite like LiquidText on Windows, AFAIK.
OneNote, however, is a good app that I use heavily.
