Which Program Allows For Movement Of Dock?

Hey people. I know the answer to this question is floating around somehwere in the depts of these forums, but I don't feel like searching for hours on end.

Which program would allow me to place my dock in the bottom left corner of my screen such as this one:

Onyx does too, I believe. This application also runs clean-up scrips, and a host of other things.
