Getting the black SS this time around after owning the original space gray aluminum so I guess I'm stuck with LTE. Not sure if I'll activate it or not.

I heard if you order through Verizon they offer 3 months of free LTE. Can anyone confirm if this is true? I'm not seeing anything on their site.

Good choice with the black stainless. And yes, Verizon is offering three months of free LTE.

I am upgrading from the series 0. I just started swimming, so I really want one that is waterproof. I ended up buying the series 3 w/LTE with the new loop band. I REALLY do not want to pay the extra $10 a month. I originally was planning to buy the Nike w/o-LTE with the new loop band, but the Nike ones with the new loop only comes with LTE. Then I thought about buying the other non-LTE Nike one and buying a new loop band. Then my friend said if I am going to be buying the band separately, it is only $20 more to buy the LTE one with the band I really want. I figure that I will activate the LTE and try it for 3 months for free and then decide if it is worth it or not.

I decided on the Aluminium 42mm gps+cellular. I couldn't justify the extra for the SS. I may keep the Series 0 watch to wear on occasion with the Mil Loop, depends on what the Aluminium one looks like.

I did the same. I wanted the SS because my series 2 that I’m giving to my GF is SS. But I just used that extra $200 to buy the 4K ATV.

SG LTE Sport Loop, I wanted a SS but balked at the last moment. I figured next year would be better to splurge.

Wanted the ceramic grey or SS space gray but the colors just don’t go with many bands so I went with my usual SS which I like with the cobalt blue band.

I'm curious if we will see an Apple Watch in 2018 or not. But the sport band loop looks interesting and I imagine will see more colors of those expand as well.

Apple® Watch Series 3, 42mm Space Gray Aluminum Case with Black/Pure Platinum Nike Sport Loop
Ships by 10/17/2017 (probably a lot sooner)

My first watch. I figured after 2 years of letting someone else beta test I'd go ahead and get one now that LTE is an option.

I have worn watches that are heavy. I mean heavy like 150g. And i am also used to my G shock which weighs 43g with bands. I want my apple watch to be light and scratch resistant. Therefore, i chose aluminum.

Black SS 42mm. Going to get the black lug replacement kit on Amazon and purchase a few 3rd party leather straps. Can’t wait to get it!
