I want to purchase a silicone band, but I am unsure how the band should be worn to know the proper length (S/M or M/L) to purchase. My wrist measures about 6 3/8” or 163 cm. I’ve tried on both size bands. The S/M fits best on the second last or last hole, but that leaves very little overlap inside (maybe a 1/2”). Could it fall off with a limited amount of overlap? The M/L fits best on 2nd or 3rd hole with about 1 1/2” overlap instead. Should the watch be worn snug or loose? In the photos attached, the blue band is S/M and the stone band is M/L. Which size if best based on my wrist size and avoidance of it falling off?

I wear my sport bands in size L in the next to the last hole with no issues. I was also concerned about how much was enough to hold it in and purchased a L/XL sport band and found it less comfortable because there is more of the long band under my wrist doubling up...if that makes sense.

The only time my watch comes off is when I'm in the shower, I wear it doing literally everything. Hiking, biking, fishing, yard work, detailing automobiles and it's never once slipped out. As far as the fit goes, you want it snug enough to suit you but that's subjective. In other words, you don't want it too tight, but it also shouldn't freely rotate on your wrist either.

Which of the bands wears more comfortable to you?

Thanks for the reply! I guess they are both comfortable. However, the large has a lot of extra band on the inside.

If you wear the watch most of the time, when do you charge it? Do you track your sleep?

What you mentioned about the large band having a lot of extra inside is exactly why I don't use the L/XL band and stick with the L. Wearing it with just a little inside, pin placed in the 2nd to last hole, just as yours is plenty enough to keep it in place.

Yes I wear the watch for sleep tracking, I now have 2 of them, both Series 2 and 4. One goes on the charger, the other goes on my wrist. Before that, I'd charge it up before bed, then charge for an hour or less during the day and that would get me through until the more significant charge before bed.
