Which Siri UI for iOS 18.0 in US?

For those of you with an iPhone 15 Pro/Pro Max or any iPhone 16 on iOS 18.0 in the US; is Siri using the old UI with the orb on the bottom of the screen or the new UI with the glowing ring around the screen? I'm curious if the new UI is reserved for Apple Intelligence or if it's already in use with the old Siri. Thanks!

The new Siri UI with Apple Intelligence will be in 18.1. iOS 18 still has the old Siri with orb UI.

I have the 18.1 and still that stupid looking Orb is still present.

Pretty sure the new look only appears when you opt into Apple Intelligence. Did you do that?
