Which size braided solo loop?

I am trying to figure out which size braided solo loop I should get. I currently have a solo loop in size 12 that fits but I’ve heard that the braided ones stretch a bit over time. Should I go with 11 or even 10?

Braided Solo Loop Fit

I plan on ordering a braided solo loop. I used the tool from apple and my wrist falls between a 7 and 8. So according to their instructions I should order a 7. My question is, I’ve heard from a lot of people that their sizing isn’t right. So should I order a 6 instead? I want to get this...

I measured 11, ordered an 11 Solo Loop, ordered an 11 Braided. Happy with both sizes.

Is there any way to adjust 40 mm bands for a 44 mm watch? I would *love* to have a braided solo loop but according to Apple, I’d need a size 2 or 3, which aren’t available for AW 44 mm.
