Which software to make this photo frame ?

Hello,
I would like to be able to simply create the same photo frame as iWeb does. See here for example.

Do you know which software would allow me to do that simply ?

iWeb, naturally.

If you're talking about the border specifically, Any sort of pain program, such as gimp, photoshop, or perhaps even illustrator, will work. Warning: They all have a rather steep learning curve, especially compared to iWeb.

actually Pages and Keynote can do exactly the same photo frame.

You've may found what you were looking for but I'm posting it in case that you haven't..
I don't know if photoshop or gimp do the job you want cause I haven't really used them.However, I use a really nice program ,(photo frameshow) for photo frames which will probably help you...
