Which stylus for iPad 12.9 2nd generation?

I am going to add a stylus to my iPad Pro 12.9 2nd generation - but can't figure out which one to get.
Other than the original Apple Pencil, what other options do I have.
Or is it best to go with the 1st gen Apple Pencil?

The first generation Apple Pencil has a lighting connector for paring and charging, the Apple Pencil2 has a magnetic connection to the iPad Pro for charging and pairing as well as storage. Therefore the first gen is the one to use.
