Which TV Tuner for my PB?

I'm in college and I don't have a TV. I was thinking it would be nice if I had a TV tuner for my Powerbook, so I could plug it into the free Cable here and have my mac double as my TV. However, I don't really want to spend all the money on an eyeTV. I don't think... From a recent search, I found there's tons of TV tuners, but it's a lot of money to jump to the Eyetv where you can record shows.

Does anyone have any recommendations?
