iPhone Which tweak is causing unlock notifications to show up on lock screen

I am trying to figure out which jailbreak tweak is causing this interesting notification behavior. Whenever I receive a notification such as a text message or reminder while unlocked, if I hit the sleep button even minutes after the notification, the notification still shows up on the lockscreen, as if I had received it while the phone was locked when it came through. I know this is not normal behavior, because I cannot reproduce it on a non-jailbroken device nor while in safe mode. On a non-JB device, the only way to get a notification to show up on the lockscreen is to receive it while locked. Not sure if this is a "bug", as I actually kind of like this because sometimes if a banner notification comes through while unlocked and I am doing something else, I might miss it completely. So, I don't know if it's a bug or an overlooked feature of some tweak.
