Which URL name should i use?

My problem is that i have a common name. My name is Jason Joseph Bennett. I want to register a website name for myself, obviously jasonbennett.com is already taken (but not used). I'm trying to decide between jjbennett.com or jaybennett.me. What do you guys think? I've heard .com addresses are running scarce and many people and companies are moving over to .me now, but I'm not sure if i want to do that. .com has a special ring to it, kind of like the 212 area code in manhattan. i like jaybennett better than jjbennett, but i like .com better than .me. Help me decide!

Actually I think that maybe .co domains are probably going to be the big ones soon.

Because i don't care, there are a million other people with my name. Which will come in use when future employers try to find me on social networks

I'd avoid this, because every time you try to direct someone to your site, you'll have to explain it. I'd stick with jj or jay, but not both. Just mho.
