I have a 2g iPod mini and my friend is selling me his 1g touch, with no usb cable included. The slot on the mini measures a tiny bit less than an inch... Does anyone know if this cable is compatible with a 1g touch?

Also, any recommendations on a wall charger? There are some cheap ones on amazon and I don't want to pay :apple:s price...

Thanks

If it's the white USB cord that plugs into the bottom (which it sounds like it is) it should work fine. I still use the cable that came with my 1G nano from time to time with my touch, works fine. The only difference is the older cables have littles buttons on the sides that you press in to disconnect it from the iPod, the newer ones lack this, and you can merely pull it out straight away.
