I just bought the Dell u4320q USBC monitor. It is a 4K 60Hz USBC monitor and not a TB3 monitor.

And I have the M1 MBP13. I was told that the USBC cable that comes in the box with the Dell is very short. (I don't know "how short" but I assume that I will want a longer cable.)

So my question is if I want a cable that is longer than the one that comes in the box with this Dell monitor, then do you know what kind of USBC cable I need to buy that transmits all of the following (1) 4K 60Hz Video, (2) USBC data info for the USBC hub on the monitor, and (3) also transmits the 90w power since the monitor has 90w PD?

The Dell web page says the connector is "USB Type-C ( Alternate Mode with Display Port 1.4, USB, 3.1 Upstream Port, Power Delivery upto 90W)"... Not sure what that means... Thanks!

Something like this should give you some room for growth in the future while being backward compatible to your existing stuff:

thanks! But I think that cable is shorter than the 1m cable that comes in the box with the Dell Monitor. I need a 6ft or 2m cable.
