Which Windows 7 can I use?

Jst ordered a 13 inch Macbook Pro on Friday with 2.53ghz, 4 gig of ram and a 500 gig hard drive. Will Windows 7 ultimate work on it? I plan on splitting the hard drive down the middle giving 250 to Mac and 250 to Windows (like having my work comp and my personal comp all in one).
