Hi! I just ordered a Ibook and I have 2 PCs. They are on a network with a wired router.

I want to know if any kind of wireless router can be used for my mac.

I want both PCs on that same router.

Thanks

Edit: Im looking at getting that and a wireless card for the PCs. I will all purchase this stuff from ebay. (I saw some extremely cheap wireless routers on ebay)

Many routers are both PC and Mac compatible, just check the box, email the seller, etc.

I would recommend going with D-Link, the best brand IMO for routers, very dependable.

yeah, Thats what I currently have. I was looking at D-link wireless routers at ~30$.

Will all D-Link routers work with Macs?

Yes a D-Link router will work just fine with your setup. I use a D-Link 624 and it works with my iBook flawlessly.
