Why can’t we whisper to Siri? Siri has been improved in the years, but still no one thought about whispering to Siri as a feature. If you ask Siri something it should be the same volume as you.

As for whispering, you can still activate Siri with a VERY low voice that's barely above a whisper as long as you're using your vocal cords.

Are you also asking if Siri is capable of responding with a whisper, if you whisper to Siri?
Whisper to Siri certainly works...
Tried this a couple of queries to Siri, quietly whispering. Siri accepts and responds to my whisper.
But, the response is the normal Siri voice, which, of course, is not a whisper.

When i'm sneaking up on people to rob them, I don't want to active Siri accidentally....unless I get a siri suggestion on the best place to hide the cheese yo.

...although maybe I could whisper to start a workout, especially with the new iOS custom workout tool for bodybag lifting, sprints to the van, etc. Got to keep fit - health matters.

I think that OP wants to whisper to Siri, and have Siri also respond with a whisper (answer with a whisper, so you talk to Siri very quietly, and Siri responds in a similar volume automatically (IDK if that's even possible...)

Yea, I think you're right, as Alexa can do it.

The closest we can get is ask Siri to speak quieter, but that then means it's always that level, whereas whispering would be as, and when, the user whispers.

It's something that would be nice to have the option of. Not sure if Apple will bother though.

I doubt that Apple will bother with that. They bother with very little regarding Siri. And whatever features they did have that were cool, they have taken away. I don’t know if it’s about privacy or not but it’s inconvenient when they do that.

What I do is use "Type to siri" with the power button and hey siri to do spoken answers that way I can still use it in quiet settings.
