I have a problem with my iphone 7.
My phone have a battery problem and it should be replaced but I noticed that a small white area which is visible on white backgrounds appeared and I know that the battery should be replaced.
Now I wanna know that could it be a pressure spot maybe caused by the swollen battery and if that's it, will replacing the battery solve the problem? Or it caused a permanent problem to the screen?

You'll only know after the battery has been examined during replacement. The spot on the display would be a different issue if the battery hasn't increased in size

But as an assumption if only the battery is the problem would the display be okay after battery replacement or it's riuned.
I mean if the pressure on the screen be undone would it come back to normal condition?

Yes, the display would be fine. When a battery swells it usually lifts the screen noticeably away from the frame so that's why you need to see if the battery is actually swelling. Batteries can be worn badly yet have no swelling so that's why I said the white spot on the screen could just be a coincidence
