Hey all,

It’s been a few months since the white magic keyboard got released. How is everyone’s doing?

Had mine for about 3 months. It amazes me how easy it is to keep clean as compared to the black one. I wipe the keys like once every 2 weeks, but even then, they don’t look dirty.

Looking good on my 12.9. Had an original 11 in black, which I am swapping out for a white one for the iPad Air (used it on my earlier 11 IPP). The white looks great and stands up amazingly well to prolonged use.

I've been considering the white MK for sometime, as I've been using my black/skinned blue 2020 MK with the 2021 iPad Pro 12.9". The old one works okay, but I think the new white colored MK would look better with my silver iPP. Not to mention the new MK would allow me to put a screen protector on. I've read the old MK is too tight a fit to use a screen protector with the 2021 iPP.

Good feedback all 👍 I will opt for the white one when I swap out space grey for silver/white combo in the next iPad Mx 11 iteration!

I am still rocking my 2017 iPad Pro and do not use either keyboard…but just wondering, why would it be easier to clean dirt off a bright white surface than a dark one? It is the same material, isn’t it?

Are you using it stationary or are you, if travelling, put it in some protective envelope/bag?

I’m having last minute thoughts - ordered a silver iPad with a white keyboard.

Is black a better option for not looking dirty over time?

The white keys seem much less prone to going "shiny" than the black ones. The white case obviously shows up dirt easier, but seems to be quite easy to clean - I swear this latest keyboard has a slightly different material than previous ones, so it might be the same with the grey one.

I'm still glad I went for this one, its a nice change and looks smart. I do wonder how grubby it will look in a couple of years though!
