I have this iPod which goes into bootloop, I tried restorting from iTunes and get Error 9 code. I tried to get the SHSH bloobs but never had the success. Has anyone seen this problem before or anything I can try to fix it?
The white screen has apple logo and some colored lines. Check pic attached.
I think it had 6.1.x firmware, thethered jailbrake and someone tried to update it from iTunes and I think that's when it stopped booting.
When I try to restore it from DFU mode to 6.1.6, I can see the apple logo and the progress bar, then it crashes and restarts. I used iFaith to check if I can get the bloobs but no joy, as it says iOS is missing or unkown.
Is there a way that I can check if it's hardware fault? Maybe I can build something similar to iFaith to do some diagnostics.
