White spots on display

My Macbook Pro is 11 months old and I'm starting to notice a couple white spots on the display, in the bottom right quadrant. It's only really noticeable when I use the laptop in dim lighting, with a white background on screen. Will this problem be covered by the standard warranty and how can I confirm/demonstrate it to the staff at the service centre?

This was quite an infamous problem - you're best off checking Apple's support pages, but I'm sure that Apple will fix it.
