Who ordered their Macbook/Macbook Pro with the Printer/iPod Rebate or both?

I called but as per fine print:
"all apple computers and qualifying printers must be purchased on the same receipt."
I don't think via email you will get them on the same receipt, yes same order number but you will receive a separate bill or receipt for them.
I don't know about anyone else but I bought the lappy and iPod together and they were under two different invoices?

I did both and the idiots are trying to tell me I was missing receipts, which I was not, because I photocopied EVERYTHING as I placed it into each envelope. Then I saved my copies.
Anyways, I have to fax the receipts AGAIN and supposedly they will finish my processing.
If any of you do any rebates, make sure you do copies of every little thing.

Well my 12" PB just died on me, so i had to buy a cheap laptop until i can get my MacPro in January, so i took advantage of the offer.
I got a White MB, Red iPod and Printer. I won't say no to free stuff!!

I ordered a Macbook Pro and 30 gig black iPod through the promotion.
I sold the iPod already for $200.
The printer is a waste. The choices for "free" aren't that good plus you have to pay shipping/tax on a huge ass printer. I did it once and never again.
I declined on that offer because I couldn't sell it and I'm happy with the printer I have.
They are now saying on the site to send the originals again, like before. No photocopies. You have to cut up the boxes, which I'm not happy with.
I expected as much. I always make copies.

I just ordered a macbook pro and an ipod for my sister and the all in one for scanning, already have a laser printer but who could resist a free all in one (especially since I don't have a scanner)

I did the printer rebate, at least I may eventually get it. I didn't need the printer, but the apple store employee said that it could be done online, so I took the printer (which I gave to my dad.)
After doing the online form, I found out I needed to still chop up both boxes and send in the upc codes. I do that, the upc code for the printer has an apple price tag over it, and since I didn't want to void the deal I did not peal it off.
Two weeks after I mailed it off, I get a message that I am denied because the printer UPC code was unreadable? It was an apple sticker on top of it, they could have just pulled it off to read what they needed to underneath! Then to add insult to injury the email I received told me I am suppose to fill out a form that they did not bother to include in the email.
I call the apple phone number, am faxed the form, and then I send it back an hour later. I call a week later because I had not heard anything. They then tell me that they don't know if they got the fax, can't check, and to call back in another week.
I call yesterday, and they said that I am now suppose to call them every week, as it takes them 2 months to process the form, if they actually received it, which they still can't tell me.
I wonder how big this fax machine is, I can see about 2 months worth of faxes just sitting in a huge 4 foot pile on the floor. I like my new apple computer, but their rebate department is a cluster....

What exactly do they look for on the UPC?
Is it just the Part No. and the Serial No.?
If so, my shipping box also came with both. They aren't the same sticker (the MBP box came with more information). If all I need is the Part No. and the Serial No. is it possible just to cut out the shipping box rather than the MBP box?
