Who own the new MBP 17" ??

Hi,
Is there a big difference in the weight between the 15" and the 17"? Can I take it with me every where or it will be heavy?

A proper backpack should do the trick and it is only approx. 450 g heavier than the 15", according to Apple.

I do. It's only a 1 lb difference in weight, and fits in my 15" targus bag (barely, but doesn't give a 15" very much clearance either). And yes, I am more than able to utilize it on the go.
