Was wondering if anyone knows or came across discussions about who actually owns the rights to information uploaded to mobileme?
Does Apple have the right to go through your stuff on mobileme? Can they claim ownership on photos uploaded? Articles, scientific drafts, books etc?
I cant find a disclaimer about this on the apple webpage at least. Anyone found anything about this in perhaps details conditions when they signed up to mobileme?

I retain all ownership under the option I chose. Please note that I was wearing my tin foil hat and did promise to bear Stve Jobs a male heir. Was the third option as I recall.

Said license will terminate within a commercially reasonable time after you or Apple remove such Content from the public area. Fairly standard.
