Wondering how many people here use nightshift, and can attest as to whether it actually helps them sleep better? I gave nightshift a go for a while as I'm always on my phone for about an hour in bed before I sleep, and strangely enough, found it stopped me falling asleep as quick. Usually, I'll fall asleep within a good 10 minutes after putting my phone down, but that turned into 30+ minutes on nights I used nightshift. Now I've stopped using it I'm back to normal. This is purely anecdotal and seems to fly in the face of accepted science on blue vs orange light and sleep patterns but it's my genuine experience.

I use it...but I'm honestly not sure I've noticed a difference. I'm up at 4am every morning. So by the time I'm laying in bed and using my phone at night...I'm wiped out and usually asleep within 20 minutes of that. Looking back, I don't think I've seen any difference. If it actually does make a difference...I wouldn't really say its hugely noticeable.

True Tone is on at all times and i use the automatic Light / Dark Mode. Light is Daytime and Dark is evening to night. And Night Shift is also enabled at night. I don't like it during the day, it's too warm (have it at max setting), but True Tone is nice regardless of daytime.

It doesn’t do anything on or off. I just don’t like how it looks.
