count chocula said:is it really that bad? i've never used a 17" laptop, and i dont think i've used a 15 incher either, but i think i would go for the 17" if i was buying an mbp and wanted the 2.16 ghz core duo
dornoforpyros said:Well the way I think about it is this...do you want to commit to lugging around a 17" LCD? Granted the MBP is smaller & thinner than most desktop LCDs your still lugging around a rather large panel.
The 17" has been out now for what, ... 4 hours? Do you *really* not think that Apple will adjust the 15" prices?arcsbite said:I love how the 15.4" MBP works out more expensive then the 17"...

I really don't think so, no! Apple (like any other company) aren't interested in pricing that's "fair," but only in asking just the right price to ensure that enough consumers will want to buy their product. That means that when you feel that there are benefits of getting a 15 in over a 17 in because of portability, Apple will have thought about that too and will charge you more for the extra benefits.aristobrat said:The 17" has been out now for what, ... 4 hours?
