Actually, I love the idea, but can't stand this app. The concept is good, but the execution is terrible. What does adding someone to your address book accomplish?

Also, when you go to chat with someone, it should have options to push email you to notify of a reply, or private messages not just live chat.

Also, annoying number of AdMob ads, they are duplicates.

An update is much needed.

Err, simply search for "WhosHere" on the app store. Simple as that

/they do have offline notificatios..You can get email alerts...

The one thing i wish they had was a buddy list. That would be pretty cool. I know there are working on an update.

They also need better placement of their ads..Horrible placement
