There's not really anything different about it..
Then why did you update?
Why wouldn't you update?
Battery fixes, new camera shortcut and delete albums from photo stream.
It's not about being an "isheep" as you put it. It's updating software on your phone to the latest version. Thats it.
Unless you like not being able to delete photo's in the photo stream and you really don't like the new camera shortcut then why not?
It only takes 5 minutes out of your life, its free, it adds things and doesn't take anything away. I don't understand your suspicion??
Update it and get new features, or don't, its upto you,
Try not to worry over such little things and get on with your day
Amen!!! I don't understand the suspicion!!!
(pssst, this is how software gets improved, user feedback)
Cause I'm not an isheep, I need an actual reason to do things.
My phone is running pretty well on 5.0 and want to make sure there's not user reported probs w/5.1
Which this isn't. It's only user feedback when it gets back to Apple.
i feel like mine is worse too, 1h of usage its at 75%.
kinda wish i hadnt updated!
So you're specifically saying Apple does not visit the web? (go troll somewhere else please)

Yesterday you posted in the iOS 5.1 Battery thread "After a day and a half of heavy usage, I'm still at 83%". If you have or have access to multiple devices and one is running 5.1 aren't you willing to make the decision for yourself?
Conversely, I made the independent decision by reading this forum and comparing the "this is fixed" to the "this is now broken or still not fixed". To ignore or discount all that information and start a "Why not?" thread seems lazy.
I understand your concern about losing your JB (if this is the same device you've previously discussed) but I suggest you don't come in name calling the people who were able to make an informed decision or leap of faith and follow through. Especially since those are the same people you are now asking for advice.
Back on topic. What I don't like about it: Nothing. It fixed the AirPlay dropping issue I had with third party speakers and it feels snappier.
There is no "suspicion" as you put it.
If you look at the rest of the site, you will see threads like, my 5.1 battery sucks, my 5.1 volumes on my phone are now at a lower setting, etc.
