This just started today. I am getting a pop-up on my screen every few seconds in my browser (I'm using Chrome if that matters). I can't do anything until I click on my mouse. The choice change every once in a while, but are similar to this: Back, Forward, Reload | Save As, Print, Cast, Print As | Rotate Clockwise, Rotate Couterclockwise |LastPass, Pinterest | Inspect | Services. (Oh, I just was able to grab a screenshot!)

This is driving me bonkers. I have not updated my software to Mojave if that makes a difference. I was afraid that was going to affect my old Lightroom software so I've been holding off.

My advice is that if you don't like Safari, STOP USING Chrome and find some other 3rd-party browser...

So it is Chrome that is causing this? I have no problem changing browsers. I thought it was an Apple issue. Thanks.

It appears you're looking at a right-click contextual menu. Have you checked to see if you have a key sticking on your keyboard? Does it pop up without touching your keyboard? Have you tried restarting your Mac? Clearing the cache and cookies on your browser? You might also run a scan with Malwarebytes to make sure you don't have adware or something else unwanted that's affecting your browser.
