I’m wondering why Apple just didn’t open up pre orders for the new iPad Pro’s at the same time Airtags and iPhone 12 were released, it would have made sense with the site having to go down for such a long period on Friday.

Shipments are delayed till the second half of May anyway, so it wouldn’t have affected what people ordered, it was only a couple of new items added to the site, not a bunch of various new products.

It’s like you can buy an iPad Pro and in two weeks you are going to have it, but three weeks? Ooooh men, it’s so far in your mind when you do an order and you are going to have less patience.

Then maybe it’s economical, they can earn money in April, May and June, not only in April and May. I thought.... then in summer, students discounts... so all year they are earning money
