Why Apple is still taking orders for M3 Pro/Max MacBook Pro and M2 Mini?

Hi, as I recall, usually Apple online stores are down ahead of announcements but they are still taking orders of these Mac. Base configurations available today. BTO configurations in about two weeks.

Typically they don’t shut down the store unless there’s a scheduled announcement. For example they still had the iPad mini 6 up until they didn’t 😉

In the past any outstanding orders get an automatic upgrade to the new model.

I see they wasted our time and announced the most unexciting products first to keep us waiting for another day.
