1. Those are sold in much higher quantity than desktop computers.
2. The iMac has no real competition. Sure, other companies have AIOs, from more expensive than an iMac to cheaper than an iMac. But the cheap ones have poor screens, etc. As a bundle, the base iMac configs are already pretty good deals.
 
As mentioned, low volumes and margins.

However, deals on the M1 iMacs are really good right now. $899 at Best Buy for the 8/256 'upgraded' 4-port 8CPU/8GPU model, in all colors.
