Why aren't notifications grouped by app yet?

Seriously. This is so annoying. Why do we need an individual bubble for every notification?
 
This will be breakthrough on iOS 12 or 13 and Apple will say look what we have done, now we introduce you Grouped notifications by :apple:. *crowds cheering*
