Other Why ATT not sending me a address return old devices ???

I just receive my Max already , on 21st
and now i need to return old devices back
how i do it ???? if i keep it my have to paid more on my bill ,

If you were doing an upgrade and trading in your phone it should've been in the box that your phone came in.

Same thing every year.

And you have a certain amount of time to return it. So if you don't have it, you need to calling them.

The RMA barcode & number is on the smart shipping label inside the box you received your phones in. There should be an agreement form it would have had you print to say that you've erased your phones and that the phone is non returnable.

If you don't find the return label (which should be in the box), then you need to call AT&T.

The label might be under the original label - see if the label has marking indicating it can be peeled away to reveal what is underneath

There is a return label in the box, but there was no 'agreement to send back' form in mine. I chatted with ATT and they just said ship my old phone back in the box with this label.

If it is like any other year, get ready to shell out the remaining balance on the phone, have at&t unlock the phone, and put it on eBay and make a couple hundred more than the remaining balance. Even if you got that phone to at&t’s facility on time, 7 times out of ten, they reject it by claiming it wasn’t received in time or wasn’t formatted properly, or some other stupid ****. The at&t next plan is a borderline scam.

I'm starting to feel that way as well.

My husband upgraded when the note 9 came out and sent the phone back Friday. It was delivered to ATT Monday. And they sent it back saying wasn't received in time....which is total BS! So now we have to wait for the balance to show up on the bill before they can dispute it.

I sent my phone back the next day after we got the MAX, If they do it again I'll be leaving ATT. This ridiculous.

Last year they said they never received my phone and then found it.

I believe you can take it to your local AT&T store and turn it in their also. Call them first to make sure.
